Warranty
- Warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
- 1 year manufacturer defect warranty on CTS products only (excl. turbochargers).
- 6 months manufacturer defect warranty on CTS brand turbochargers.
- Warranty does not cover abuse, physical damage, incorrect installation or misuse of parts. Factors outside of a defective part are not covered by warranty.
- Return shipment must be paid by the sender.
- Warranty covers repair or replacement of the failed parts only (at Undisputed Performance. Warranty does not provide refunds or credits.
- Do not open multiple warranty tickets as this will delay the warranty process.
- Undisputed Performance reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- By submitting this warranty form, you agree to all terms and conditions.
- Warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of parts.
- 30 Day warranty on electrical or fueling components.
